🔹 Return & Exchange Period
• You can return or exchange your purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, customers may:
 1. Exchange a product of proper quality.
 2. Return a product of proper quality and receive a full refund.

🔹 Eligible Items
• Must be in original packaging, with tags and labels intact, and unused.
• Must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

🔹 Return Shipping Policy

When exchanging an item, the customer covers shipping costs. A replacement will be sent only after the returned item is received and inspected.

For refunds, if the customer did not prepay return shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the item was incorrect due to seller’s error, we will cover both-way shipping.
